Saratoga Springs Police Department

Police reported:

• Nicholas M. Paradise, 29, of South Street, Ballston Spa, was charged at 3:42 a.m. Saturday, July 3, on Putnam Street with disorderly conduct, a violation.

• Aaron D. Freedman, 21, of Daniels Road, Greenfield Center, was charged at 3:42 a.m. Saturday, July 3, on Putnam Street with disorderly conduct, a violation.

• Albert M. Hornick, 34, of Saratoga Avenue, Mechanicville, was charged at 2:59 a.m. Saturday, July 3, on Union Avenue with failure to keep right, a violation; and driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, both misdemeanors.

• Jason M. Diehl, 24, of Walsh Street, Lansing, Mich.; and Justin M. Lenza, 30, of Phila Street, Saratoga Springs, were each charged at 2:58 a.m. Saturday, July 3, at 16 Caroline St. with disorderly conduct, a violation.

• Barbara A. Gotner, 45, of State Route 2, Cropseyville, was charged at 1:04 a.m. Saturday, July 3, on Union Avenue with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, all misdemeanors; and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, a violation.

• Scott T. Lisinicchia, 45, of Century Court, Clifton Park, was charged at 8:07 p.m. Friday, July 2, on Myrtle Street with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

• Carmine Richard Sohn, 25, of Route 9N, Greenfield Center, was charged at 8:07 p.m. Friday, July 2, on Myrtle Street with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

• Corey A. Barbic, 30, of Washington Avenue, Schen-ectady, was charged at 5:39 p.m. Friday, July 2, on Hamilton Street with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and aggravated driving while intoxicated, all misdemea-nors; and two traffic violations.

Other area police agencies, including Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department and state police, reported no other incidents, accidents or arrests as of press time on Saturday.
